We can also offer you customer service that is second-to-none, and with our offices based here in Phuket, you are welcome to visit whenever you wish.

We can offer amazing discounts, which are sometimes as low as a quarter of the hotel's advertised rates. Have a look at our prices and see for yourself. Our dedication to filling Phuket's hotels at the lowest possible price is possible because a hotel would rather sell a room for a fraction of its advertised cost than leave their rooms empty - it's good business for everybody, especially the customer. Due to our focus on Phuket, we have business relationships with the owners of almost every major hotel on the island, as well as many of the smaller and lesser known hotels.

You are welcome to book direct with the hotel where you want to stay, but we would encourage you to check our rates before you make your decision. You may be pleasantly surprised at how much money you can save.

We have two methods of bookings - instant bookings and request bookings. When you make an instant booking, your reservation will be confirmed immediately. Some of our hotels prefer to take booking requests - we contact the hotel for you immediately, and then when they have confirmed room availablility we will get back to you straight away so that you can finalise the room booking. We usually resolve booking requests within 24 hours - often much more quickly - but there are occasions (public holidays etc) when it will take a little longer.

The room rates are per room for 2 people, and children are often free. It is best to make sure that you tell us exactly how many adults and children will be staying, so that we can ensure that the hotel can offer an appropriate room at the correct price.

Usually, 1 child under 12 will not cost you any more money, but you would then be responsible for providing bedding for your child. The hotel may also charge extra for your child to have breakfast at the hotel. Children who are 12 or over will usually be regarded by the hotel as adults, so when filling out the booking you may wish to register them as an adult to ensure that they are provided with suitable sleeping facilities.

Some hotels have their own policies, which you can see by looking at 'additional information'.

The price you see is the price you pay - we don't charge any extra fees.

Yes, we make sure that we include all charges in our quoted prices. Many of our competitors omit these from their headline rates, but we would rather be honest and up-front about how much you will pay.

You will not be charged for your room until it has been confirmed as available by the hotel. As soon as we get confirmation, we will send you an email with all your booking details.

Phuketbooknow.com uses industry-standard credit processing to ensure that your transaction works smoothly, as with every major online retailer.You will see the little padlock at the bottom-right hand of the screen when you enter your credit card information, meaning that it is SSL encrypted. None of our staff are able to see this information.

All cancellations and booking amendements are subject to an administrative fee of 5% of the total booking cost, unless no charges are incurred by phuketbooknow.com. Other charges are subject to each hotel's cancellation policies. These are detailed in the hotel's 'additional information' and will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Naturally, extending your holiday doesn't cost you any administrative fee. Be careful not to make the same booking twice with us, particularly if you have used a different name or email address - we almost always pick up on these errors, but we cannot guarantee that we will. Any bookings made in error by you are liable to the 5% administrative fee, as we have to cancel the payments and refund your credit card.

With Phuketbooknow.com! As soon as you have booked with us, we pay the hotel and your booking is confirmed. If any element of the booking needs to be changed, just contact us and ask - we will do whatever we can to help you.

No matter what happens, your hotel booking is safe and guaranteed once you have made it through us. You will be added to the hotel's reservation system in exactly the same way as if you had booked directly with the hotel - the only difference is the price!
